The program is very simple it has to auto-close a task or process (name of executable or name of the task) when it reaches a time (defined by user) with CPU usage > < or = a percentage.
Example: I define name of executable= [login to view URL], 5 minutes and <3%. Then when cpu usage of task [login to view URL] is below 3% during 5 minutes, the task will close.
I prefer that the variables are in a .ini or something, because I want to run this program in some computers.
I need also that this program runs minimized, I don't want the user to mess with it
The program needs a custom dialog box pop up when it kills the task/process
This is the second time I put this request because the first one went wrong.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
