[login to view URL] I need site automated, user registration, email confirmation, resend email, resend password, member login function, referral system and 1 level downline, have a look at site script requirments. functions should all be automated or some may be done from admin, all sections password protected and cookies used to track referrals each page. section for members to submitt the banner for rotation, each member can have 1 banner in rotation, however you may have more that one account, well same account but you can pay for more banners, so each member can have unlimited banners in rotation but each banner is $1.00 a month and the upline member gets the $0.50 commission on each one each month. This is a simple site and I do not plan on adding anything more, once its complete it will be done. I need a good admin section that is password protected and also to do all the things I need to, I also want a referral contest, so allow me to see all referral for eah member from a date to a date. Allow me to look at each member account from admin, allow me to send a email to each member, allow member to cance account with a warning, and allow me to cancle a members account with warning. I use paypal and egold for payments and stormpay, please work in the fees so that I do not pay the fees, stormpay is very highm, I do not want to pay the fees. Member pays the fees, tey can pay manualy each month, so in the account if they are late we need to suspend the account, when they do pay we can unlock the account again, all suspending the account means is the banners are out of rotation and not shown, and commissions are on hold, if they pay then all is normal. In admin I should see any suspended accounts and allow me to send an email. Allow me to approve all banners submitted. Allow members to edit thier own banners, but if they edit it, its placed on hold until admin approves it, each time its editied. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
