We are a payment processing company expanding our payment options into multiple countries. We have a service offering that provides real-time notification of bank transfer payments made by consumers through their bank account to our bank.
We require the creation of an automation script for banks in various countries. The automation is handled via a .Net application and a plug-in for the bank. The plug-in automates the filling in and confirmation of the payment details on the consumer's online banking site and then informs our system via Web Service calls of the payment.
We need a bank plug-in to be written for banks in the countries that we are interested in:
* Brazil
* Argentina
* Italy
* France
* Spain
* Sweden
* Denmark
* Finland
* Norway
You will require knowledge of .Net dll creation and familiarity with the WebBrowser control.
You will be required to _use your own online banking access_ for the development of the automation. If you do not have online banking access to a bank that supports bank transfer functionality to third parties, then you will not be able to accept the contract. When responding, please indicate what bank you will be able to automate for us (only one contract per bank will be issued).
Each automation plug-in is small in size (our experience is less than 2 man days to complete).
We will provide direction, the application framework, and an example plug-in as reference.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Code must be well commented in English.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) A delivered .dll that integrates correctly into the existing application framework.
b) Seller must demonstrate (via remote session or other approach) that the automation works as expected on the target bank's online system.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under Canadian Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. should be used).
## Platform
Plug-in must run on workstations running Windows 2000, Windows XP SP2, and Vista. It must run under the .Net Framework 2.0 or higher.
