Blackberry Web Icon

I need a web icon built for the blackberry for OTA downloading and to include into Blackberry App Store. I want this blackberry application to go into Blackberry app world, the application is completely web, however the Blackberry app world requires that you at least create a blackberry web icon for your application. This is what I need help with. This is a very simple project that requires little less than 2 hours to complete for someone who knows how to build blackberry applications. I need a web icon build that will go to a URL I specify (I'll give you the URL after you've won the bid). Requirements: 1. You must have worked with blackberry applications before.
