Building new Sim require programmer

I require a computer game programmer to assist me in my Sim research. We would starting with the basic OpenSim a free source software/ that can be found at [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] But I want to use [login to view URL] (1-2-3 Steps) (Step 1) - We need to design a PC software with the capabilities to run the Standalone mode on windows. First install the Sim on windows and setting up in world-mode. I have a sample software, like this that we can use for a idea base. (Step 2) - Setting up a grid on Server or Hosting account. Now what the software should do is run the Sim on windows XP/Vista/7 connecting to the grid mode. (Step 3) - Sim back up unit (Able to backup all Sim data) My idea here is experimental and I'm not finished once this research is completed. I have other plans for the Sim. When this project is completed I wish to have all the notes & data that was used creating the software and step by step detail of setting it up. This will be a beta software I am looking to build.
