Calendar Synching Software

I need a windows program created that does the following: 1) The program will access news from my server and display specific events on a daily basis. The program will store the events by date. 2) After downloading the program, the user will register using an email and password. 3) I'd like the user to automatically receive the news via email (the email they registered with). Ideally, I'd like the news to automatically import into the users Outlook or Google calendar. For example, a news item will automatically be emailed on Dec 9th. That news item will automatically show up in the users Outlook or Google calendar on that day. Is this possible to do? If not, what is the best way to get the info into the users calendar? Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
