Create .net user control dll component for delphi application(repost)

We have a program in delphi that we need to create a “User Control?? dll in a reusable component. We need this so that the program can then be placed into a .net application.

Basically we need to create a DLL component in delphi, drag the main form into a panel, and wire up code in the DLL to reparent the control to a new window. Then write a non visual (non component) .net class that will wrap the DLL into a method that can be called like so:

CMyAppClass appclass = new CMyAppClass(SomeContainerControl);

We have code that is almost complete on this project written in C#.net. There are 3 outstanding issues we need someone to fix. Either that, or you can begin coding from scratch, but we have almost completely completed code.

The outstanding issues are:

1) connecting to postgresql does not succeed.

2) The 2nd issue is the registration. The original application has a registration serial number, and this needs to function through the .net app.

3) The 3rd issue is small and is regarding pulling postgrsql settings from an xml file on the users local computer.
