Custom Hybrid Page Generator Software

Hi, Marius Lombaard here. This project is for myself, an individual - who wants to build a home business. I require customized web based software that can create hybrid capture pages according to my specifications from a back end. This project requires algorithms that can generate code and generate web pages (similar to wordpress blogs, but on a smaller scale) I'm also looking for a small desktop application to integrate with the hybrid capture page websites that the original software can generate. the desktop application will be a mass mailer application, which will collect database info from all the domains on which the web software is installed, create a one time database of the collective databases, eliminate duplicate records (where there are duplicate emails), send a mass mail, and then delete the one time database. ## Deliverables databases needed is not limited to the ones i specified. if you need more databases to make this software fully functional, then you must do so. to eliminate misunderstandings, as previously specified, a prototype of all pages must be approved by me before continuing with work. this will eliminate misunderstandings. with prototype, i mean pages and all the functions as they should display on the final product to make it work as i have the idea in my mind. the prototype will be modified by the service provider untill I'm satisfied we've got the whole thing figured out, and approve it.
