Custom Operating System

I need an operating system for my application. It sounds worse than it is, this is what it must do: I see from the response that I need to clarify my requirements, so I made it even easier. 1.I want to use Win2000 to run my apps on, but from the moment of booting, no graphic must be visible other than custom images I select to be displayed. [login to view URL] pc must log on to a domain or workgroup depending on my choice. This LAN logon must happen automatically. [login to view URL] my applications must launch from Startup for the current user as per normal. While all this is happening I don't want any W2K loading progress screens or any MS graphics to be displayed. I want my own graphics that I choose, to be displayed, or even a blank black image if I choose. I will be responsible for the purchase and licensing of any MS software. In essence, I need Win2000 to be there, but with some tweaking it must not look like W2K at all. This will be used in a public environment and there will almost never be anyone computer literate nearby to attend or assist with the startup. ## Deliverables Obviously I need some customisation. You may decide how to deliver this, as either software that will perfom this, or procedures to follow on how to achieve this. Complete copyrights to all work purchased if you are the creator of it.
