DATA ENTRY WORK NEEDED

I am looking for someone to provide me with data entry/compilation work as need on a long-term basis. Tasks would include compiling data into organized, standardized information in the form of spreadsheets. All data sources will be provided or specified, along with samples of how information should be structured. All of the data that you will be working with is related to automotive parts. You will be frequently converting abbreviated text to unabbreviated text. For example, you would translate FD FOCS RH MIRROR PWR NON-HTD to Ford Focus Right Side Mirror Power Non-Heated. Bidder needs to be familiar with different makes and models on the road today, such as the names of different Ford, Chevy, and Honda models. Bidder will also be responsible for periodically taking lists of "new items" and adding them to a universal parts catalog. Also, bidder will need to create a "Universal Parts Catalog" spreadsheet/database which will be composed of information from multiple source spreadsheets which we will provide. I will clearly specify and outline how the universal parts catalog will be structured. We will also provide continuous support as needed, such as names of makes, models, and different parts to give bidder a better understanding of the auto industry. We will provide bidder with sufficient help and advice. We would like to have a quick and efficient method of contact with the bidder, such as AIM or MSN Messenger, so we can communicate clearly and timely. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
