Database creator

I need to create a database for my real estate company. Having as source some sites on the internet, which post free information about real estate deals, I want a program that will grab and sort this information in an efficient way. The application should search for the interesting messages inside an internet site, according to some editable rules ("message selection rules"). When the messages were found, their text must be converted in values for the database fields, according to another set of editable rules ("text-to-values conversion rules"). A new site together with its rules should be possible to add later. How you build this and what mixture of technologies you use is all up to you, as long as it will run at least on Windows XP SP2 and I will not grow old waiting for its result. This is my first post on this kind of site, so I am no very accustomed with the prices of projects, but I am not willing to get this done for free. If you are serious, please send me a good estimate for this project, in both time and money, and I'll find a way to make this deal attractive for both of us. Thank you for your interest and for your time spent so far. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
