WE ARE ONLY SEEKING NORTH AMERICAN BASED COMPANIES FOR THIS PROJECT
We market a line of test prep software to consumers. When a user installs our software they currently have 4 icons installed on the desktop of their computer. One of the icons is for the software itself, and the 3 other icons are Adobe PDF files that the user reads. We would like to clean up the look of the software by having a menu replace the 4 icons on the desktop. One of the buttons on the menu would launch the software, and the 3 other buttons would open the 3 Adobe PDF files. We would like the menu to basically have the same look and feel as a CD browser. We would also like to have it customized with our company logo. We would also like the project to be created with DemoShield due to it's reliability and versatility. You must have previous experience using DemoShield. If you have any further questions about the project, I would be happy to answer them for you. We are looking to start this project at once.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
