Design a user interface for a permission / role model

We currently have a role / permission system which involves the following: i) Users can be assigned one or more roles ii) Each role can be linked with 0 or more projects & languages iii) Multiple roles / projects & languages can be grouped into user templates iv) Users can be linked to user templates v) each role comes with multipe attributes to which users can be given permissions. Attributes can be grouped. Users can be given permissions for groups and/or wild cards. Currently our permission system is quite bulky and hard to understand. We need a design (JPG is fine) for a REALLY REALLY sleek user interface that will allow an admin to manage all the things mentioned above. This interface must be very intuative and self explanitory and should not be confusing to use. There are really a lot of options that we need to manage so it will need to be layed out properly. Winning bidder will be given screenshots of our existing system and will be asked to come up with a new design. This bid is for a design only. JPG is fine. no programming skills needed. Bidders who provide us with samples of previous UIs they designed will be given preference. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform JPG / PSD
