Ad Template(repost)

I am looking for someone to design an eBay ad creator program.? Similar to the attached.? I want to be able to creat my own templates in this program so I am not limited to the few designs.? Also I would like the final ad to be about 500-600 px or give me the possibility to set the body size. A creative template for eBay sellers to be able to have creative borders around their items for sale.? Needs to be user friendly! I have a template that I use, but I want to change and enhance it.? I will send the template for you to look at, and my eBay area to see how to place the html.? Also after the ad is created in the template, with a click of a button the html will be saved on the clipboard so when you list on eBay and copy the html into the area it will all be there.? User doesn't need to know html.? It's shown in the program that I am currently using.? The reason I want to design a new ad template, is because there needs to be more variety in the border designs, which I want to be able to add. The header of the border? I would like to allow the user to add their logo or their photo and their company name.? The template needs to be able to be saved for each item so that the seller can use the same information with changes to the item. ## Deliverables Attached is the program that I am currently using, (Need to design a entirely new progam, I don't own this software).? As stated above there are several changes that I would like to make to enhance the software.? You will see that the design templates are very limited and this is where I would like to be able to have my members go to my website to download a single new border design or update? any new updates available. I would like to have the final ad widened a little to.? It's too narrow on the webpage.? If you go to my ebay site at? <[login to view URL]> and click on a hyperlink to an item that I am selling you will see how skinny the ad is and how boring the same template is. The headers and borders are very limited....as stated before, I would like to allow in the header for a logo or picture and the company name to be able to be added in different selectable fonts.? I would also like the border to go around the entire ad. Also, to be able to add 4 photos of their item. I like really creative graphics, something that will enhance the item the seller is listing, but not over power the item. Some border templates that I would like included are:? These are just suggestions that I thought of, not necessarily what you will come up with. For Jewelry example ...a jewelry box where the photos of the items and description? are inside the box area.....for books example a library shelf....for baby items example blocks in multi colors with letters and numbers.? There are several catagories and I would like 25 - 50 borders designed for use right away. For the successful bidder, this can be a continued service from you as I come up with other border ideas, there are hundreds of categories that we will want borders for and to be able? to download? from my? website (I'm still in the process of designing my website, but when it's completed? we will add an area for the member to be able to come and download the entire program (this is an independent step from the? updates, possibly downloaded as an .exe file?), just? 1? border template or all updates since they last downloaded.? Or if you come up with additional? borders for me in the future.
