asp programmer needed, URGENT!

I am having some issues with my current programming on my site. New members can add their site with no problem. The problem is when members from before it all went automatic that I am having the trouble with. If I go in under admin and try to update their listing, it gets updated but it loses all categories except one. They are allowed to choose 5 of them. I need to put them all in so I can let them know that they can now go in whenever they want and update their banners etc. Anyways this is not possible. If I as the admin update them, put in their email address and give them a password it will update but only on the admin end. This means that from the front end if they enter their email address and password, the same that I have used to update them, they get a blank page, which will in fact make a whole new listing for their site. It just isn't right and it needs fixed ASAP. What it needs to do is remember their email address. I also need a lost password thing where if they've lost their password it can be emailed to them. And, I should be able to choose which banners get rotated on the top of the pages, I think the front page works but as far as the category pages it just automatically rotates all that are in that category. This is not right either because top page placements are paid versions. I know this is sort of difficult to understand but I can give you the name of the website and admin access so you can see what I'm talking about. I really can't afford a whole lot but I do desperatly need a programmer to stay with me because I am working on some other projects too. This really need to be done as soon as possible!!! Please only those programmers who have the time NOW to do this please bid.
