Add a nice looking blog to custom WordPress theme

Hello! I have a simple list of changes/additions I would like to do to a website I am currently working on. I would like to revise the current blog template with a nice looking, organized blog template: [login to view URL] Here is my proposed list of changes: -in sidebar on blog landing page only, replace last Sign Up For Our Newsletter banner with one I send -paginate blog landing page -add blog and its hover over icon to navigation menu (I will provide the psd file), put between services and contact us, align the entire navigation bar to center -add comment box to blog posts. add social media sharing buttons to blog posts and blog landing page -blog landing page, at bottom of each post excerpt: remove highlighting from read more. put the no comments | filed under line below. change text Filed Under to Category. Remove Tags. At top of each post, close the padding between the title and the author name & date. add social media sharing buttons under author/date -all posts should be in /blog/[name of post] -at top right of page. Create a graphic that matches the site's theme. Line 1: "Call now for a FREE consultation!" Line 2: [phone icon and number from footer]. Use same font as navigation bar -archives page should follow the same format as the blog landing page and blog landing page sidebar: ex- [login to view URL] This is a small job, I can do it myself but I do not have the time as I am working on other projects at the moment and need this done quickly.
