CSV upload wordpress plugin - repost

If the name DOES NOT come up, then a message displays “no records have been found” if the name is in the database, a message displays “records have been found” Database In terms of the database, there will be only one field for which I will populate in using Excel file. More importantly, I would like a plugin developed so I can use it to update the database on a regular basis. General Clean up (1) Buttons on the Costs page (7 in total) need to be resized for uniformity.
