Hello, I've reviewed your project requirements, and it sounds like all you need done is changing from one theme to another (the theme is already created so there's no development work necessary). I have several years experience working with Wordpress (installing, configuring, and maintaining), as well as Drupal (another content manangement system). I've done transfers from one site to another, in which I installed wordpress, transfered the data, and uploaded the theme, and set it to the new theme. I also have several years experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) development. So I meet the minimum skills required for this project. I always work hard to get the job done. I expect this would take no longer then an hour or two tops, if it's just simply replacing the old theme/template with the new theme/template. I will need the template/theme files, and access to the site. I will need like ftp/sftp access at minimum. Once I've uploaded the theme, I will configure it to use the new theme.
