Changes to Word Press Plugin - Random posting from Database

Currently this plugin is set up so if I have 100 Twitter accounts, it will post to all of them. I need all log in/API information for the functioning social media accounts to be stored into a database (We own our own hosting and our dev guy can set up this part), and for the post to go to a single random social media account so in this example it would post to one random Twitter account, and not all 100 of them.
This would be a separate project, but if you can make a web based version of this (Similar to onlywire, but more simple like the now defunct [url removed, login to view]) please let me know.
