Create Wordpress Website - including indivudual design!

I need a wordpress guru, wich will create a complete wordpress site including installation and individual design.
The design has to be smart, clean, and professional. The website needs to be premium quality and bug free!
Some basic features I expect the blog to have:
- pages
* about the firm page
* 15 pages about different areas ob blogging (sub pages for content, direct link over the menu), all post will be in the main blog site, but this subpages are to categorize the posts
* Team page and 10 individual persons pages (3 for now, rest of 7 pre-existing pages to publish live, when more employees are there, must be in the menu automatic, when a site for a new employee will be avtivated)
* Contact page with contact form
* 24 hours contact page / emergency call page
* imprint page
* legal terms / disclaimers page
* media page for press releases
* press contact page
* sign up for newsletters page, every subpage of the 15 areas ob blogging can be selected, newsletter must be send automatic, when a new post will come in the selectec area, to all the newsletter receivers of the specific area
- newsletter plugin must be duoble opt in, means, that newsletter will only be sendet when person press a link in the first mail.
- social networking (facebook, twitter, g+ etc) must be included
- next to each post (left side) must be a picture of the Author and and contact details of the Author.
- seo plugins, for keywords etc. must be included (SEO is important to use, so include all we need from SEO-Plugins!!!!)
- plugin to post title as URL / real url
- You need to make htaccess on the server, that site os only available with password, till we want to put it online!
Please provide at least two sample of design jobs as reference!
We will chose pictures and buy the puctures from a official sources. Do not steel any pictures or take anything from another source.
Dont use a template as a design, you need to make a individual template for us - NO TEMPLATE FROM THE INTERNET!
