Hi, I represent an online sports website ([login to view URL]) which primarily aims to report all major sporting activities from & within the domain of Afghanistan. Over the last few years cricket has emerged as major sport in my country which has generated immense enthusiasm among the youths. The challenge this situation has thrown to us is professional reporting which is why we have decided that we need to have proper database of domestic cricket matches within our domain wherein every match we would cover would be having a statistics section where the database would be stored & can be accessed on demand by the visitors requesting the same. any clarification that you may need from my part, please feel free to write me. Requirements: The statistics page will contain individual profiles of players & teams participating in any tournament. The individual profiles of players will state their name & age apart from the following details; Batting Statistics 1. Matches (Total No. of matches played segregated by Twenty20, List A & First class matches) 2. Runs (Aggregate of Runs scored ) 3. Not Out 4. Average 5. Top Score (Highest runs scored till date) 6. 50/100 (No of 50's & 100's) 7. Strike Rate if the score sheet shows the no. of balls played Bowling statistics 1. Total no. of matches played 2. Over’s bowled 3. Maidens conceded 4. Runs given 5. Wickets taken 6. Average 7. Strike Rate 8. BB (Best bowling performance) 9. 5/10 wickets in a match Team profiles will have the following details 1. No of matches (segregated by Twenty20, List A & First class matches) 2. Won 3. Lost 4. NR (No result) 5. Point tables of each tournament Please note we are running on WordPress, also we are hoping to translate our site to our locale languages, so the plugin/software should be translatable. The plugin should able to handle both tournament format(world cup etc, with group stages and knock outs) and league formats.
