Not a problem mate, I manage hundreds of wordpress sites and this sort of thing happens all the time.

Just reinstall the same or a newer version of wordpress and the plugins you are using, must reinstall everything and also check for malicious files (I would delete all script files previuous backup of all site to make sure nothing is left) It doesn't take much time.
