copying a site creating a zip file that can be re-used for wordpress etc

hello im looking for someone to help us with a few issues we are having i have a program called "sitesucker" its a program that downloads the site index etc

but i would like to know how to upload it to a wordpress etc to edit it or use it or id like to know if its possible to do so if yes we will pay you to show us an example we have a zip of one of our sites to be uploaded to wordpress but it says missing [url removed, login to view]
