a small modification for the plugin qtranslate in wordpress

hi, i am running a wordpress blog, and i am using qtranslate, my visitors are from one country in specific, "spanish lenguaje" but i want people from all over the world came to my blog,

thats why i am using that plugin, but i have some issues i want to fix

the first one, when a visitor enter in my website, and came from america or other country, the plugin dsnt recognice this, and should automaticaly change to english, eaven if the person is using a english navegator, but the plugin dnst do this, i dont know why, becouse is supouse to do it

and the second one, i want to add a new field to write the exerpt other lenguaje

so, if u can help me, i want u do this

1*** fix the country issue, so when a person enter to my site from example: germany, the site will be in english [url removed, login to view], and not [url removed, login to view], also,

if this person that is not from a spanish speaking country, or the country of the visitors are, go to a link like [url removed, login to view] this will redirect to [url removed, login to view]

2*** fix the exerpt problem, the qtranslate plugin dsnt let me to add a exerpt in other lenguage, this exerpt its shows in the main page of the wordpress blog, so if the site is in spanish, the exerpt is in spanis, and in english the exrpt is in spanish, i want to be able when i write a post to write the exerpt in english aswell, and shows in the english part of the website the english exerpt

i thinh this u need to make some few changes on the plugin qtranslate, this is the website of the plugin [url removed, login to view]
