Are you good on PHPBB3 and PayPal stuff ?

Need someone good on PHPBB3 and PayPal to help setup a system for people to pay to join a forum ## Deliverables * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Friday May 4, 2012 11:37:40 AM: - A system is needed to be setup on a forum, where, when someone tries to register on it, after completing the usual registration details, if their IP address is one that has been banned, to be shown a particular message, but if not, then they would hopefully click a button to pay through paypal. - I already have a list of banned IP's so would need anyone from those IP's to automatically not be shown an option to pay, but instead be shown a message to say their account is waiting to be activated. - Each member's ip address, email address, member name and any comments along with their payment details will be stored in a database. - The membership wouldn't be automatically activated until 2 days after their payment has been successfully paid. - There needs to be a list table on a unique page on the forums, so that it can be seen which users (with their member names, IP address's, email address's, member names and any comments) that have paid and which banned users tried to join and a section for comments from me. Also, provision to instantly ban/enable/disable ip's from registering again, straight from that same page. The columns in the table need to have the function of sorting with one click of a button on there. The same page should have the facility to enter banned ip's. When the payment details along with member's name, are displayed, it will display their ip address too. And also on each row, there will be a check box and on the top or bottom of the page you can see a submit button with a name "block ip address". once you check the checkbox specific for an ip address, after that you need to click on the submit button for blocking the selected ip address. - The copyright to this, would always belong to me - agreed? - No passwords or logins are ever given to any coders, but am fairly code literate, so if your bid has been accepted, just let me know which pages you need, and I will post them here straight away.. - On the table page, needs to be some sort of automatic recording of the varying yearly rates and conversion rates from people, so that when I try other yearly amounts, I can see what amount works best. - There may be a few little extra bits to tweak here, that haven't been mentioned, as with most jobs of this type, you often find other bits that need doing on the same job as well, that you hadn't originally thought of, hence one of the reasons why a big price for completing the project. - An auto backup of everything to do with this, including the database and list table. - I have been coding in other website stuff for about 10 years, but this is the first time of trying for something like this, so am *very* open to any ideas to make the system any better and/or easier to manage.
