Basic Website application including two calanders

I need a website application designed and built. I have uploaded a specification containing the designs I would like to be followed

I would like the front end, the user friendly interface to be made. All pages of the application must be functional.

The web site would be accessed via the internet by the users. I want the ability to update the content of the application as I will be the administrator.
