CMS / Turn psd into website

Hiya, I have a website design in illustrator (can supply in psd) that i want turned into a website. Below are my 'wants' :) The menu on the left is dynamic, and split into two sections (main cats, and sub cats) the bottom half of the menu changes depending on which of the top half section you are in. I want the site be easily updatable using an admin section / CMS of some type. (open source is ok). I want a portfolio with thumbnails. You click on a thumbnail and it takes you to another page with a bigger image of thumbnail and information about the work. I want to be able to add images to the portfolio and have the backend automatically resize and place the thumbnail with description and link automatically to the project info page. It needs to auto detect whether there is too many on the page and make additional pages with "next and Previous" on them to click through. I need a login area which connects to basecamp. I need a live help messenger integrated which is properly themed, I require a quote request validating form and a contact us form to be generated and EASILY administered via the admin panel. I want an updatable news area. On each page there is a set size box which i would like to randomly display different images on each page. I want to be able to style the website text and content with ease (without editing css files.) Basically i want an easy to use site which looks great - not too boxy and completely updatable and controllable by moi. I dont know if i require a custom cms (i just know how to make it pretty) or if one of the cms systems like joomla out there is suitable with a bit of editing etc. Suitable for LAMP Based system.
