Clone Textbook Site with more functions, Custom Joomla or Drupal, SEO, affiliate link tracking

I am looking for a skilled team to develop my next project. The website is a "best deal finder" for textbooks BASICS The user will input a book name/ISBN/author and website will search vendor in a database buy and sell textbooks, through affiliate links for about 100+ different e-stores. DESIGN -I ALREADY HAVE / WILL PROVIDE Photoshop PSD SOURCE FILES/TEMPLATES These are not 100% complete but will provide a strict guideline, even though i will ask for edits and additions. -You must have good CSS/ image slicing skills to do psd to xHTML. code the template... does not mean just slice the images and put them in a HTML file. To save on load time and code elegance you must convert the borders and basic effects into css... FUNCTION -It will clone the function of sites like [login to view URL] (but only for textbooks) [login to view URL] -it will also be more advanced with other features which we will discuss. ONLY bid on this project if you understand and can deliver advanced clones of those sites. SEO file-structure and pages must be fully optimized for the keyword list I will provide. Images will be seo'd with appropriate tags. High quality code necessary. BACKEND/CMS/CONTENT -I will provide all articles and text, so there is no copy writing involved. -Back end will be a modified Joomla or Drupal or some other popular powerful CMS. -It must be easy to add new pages to appropriate directories and create new sections etc -Login system, personalized "my account page" where users can save their books, and see their history of books. -Must have a form to capture emails and store in database/excel file -Install a basic "share this site" script -Site will heavily use book data. And definitely data feeds from AMAZON.com. Experience in this area is a big plus. TRACKING -Dynamic SID generation on affiliate links, linked with user data. -Google analytics integration EFFICIENCY / CONSULTING -Make the site fast loading without compromising graphic quality -XHTML valid -Estimates on bandwidth use per user etc. -Database "call" efficiently (not CPU intensive) -Scalable code to allow for adding more features in the future -I must be able to transfer the entire site to new servers without difficulty TESTING -Error Testing my budget is $650 MAX. Must be deliver within 20 days. I am looking for a good team, and if this goes well, I might give you work for 10-15 more sites over next few years... SERVER: linux.
