Convert Dreamwever XHTML to Wordpress Template

This project has two parts: 1. I have a blog at [[login to view URL]][1] that I would like to move to the main page at [[login to view URL]][2]. If possible I would like the links to redirect to the appropriate post on the main page (so if the link is [[login to view URL]][3] it needs to automatically redirect customers to the new URL which would be [login to view URL] 2. I need to update the template to reflect the attached design. I've put in brackets where different parts of the blog should go but let me know if any part of it isn't clear. I would also need you to integrate a Wordpress search engine that would let people search the blog. Where the tabs are at the top, these would be pages (not posts) within the blog itself. See the /webdesign/ folder in the attached zip file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
