C# Tool to generate XML file

This is a standalone tool that will have a number of UI elements to enter specific data and write out an XML file.

Standard create, edit, and save of these XML files.

The data controls a music playback system.

Our music system libs and FMOD will be provided for the tool to play the music.

You need to know C# and have used FMOD before.

This shoulod be a very simple tool to write.
