The project is to build an animation image on an existing web page using AJAX or Flash (or else as suggested). The image has a ball. The ball can stand still or roll at 5 different speeds. Visitors to the page can click on the image to make the ball roll. If no clicks for some period, the ball can slow down and eventually stand still.
The speed level is determined by the number of clicks.
Level 1: 1-100 (just starting)
Level 2: 101-1000 (picking up)
Level 3: 1001-5000 (normal speed)
Level 4: 5001- 10000 (in the fast lane)
Level 5: 10001+ (full gear)
From the same IP address only one click is counted for the last 24 hours. After visitor clicks, a thank you message should show up.
Exact number of clicks at each level and this “24?? hours can be changed (e.g. in the source code).
After each 60 seconds, the ball will deduct 1 click from the current total clicks. If after a while, the total number goes down to another level, the ball slows down and can stand still in the end.
Again, the “60?? seconds, and “1?? click deduction can be changed.
Right under the image, it should show how many clicks for the last 24 hours, and how many clicks in total so far. If the mouse hovers on the ball, it should show which speed level the ball is now. All these values should be real time or refresh in some time.
The idea is the keep the ball rolling for a patient campaign. Aesthetic appearance and the speed to upload/refresh of the image are keys. The web site is built by PHP+MySql on Linux.
Create a static website seal image (another image) that can be easily cut and paste to other websites. When visitors click the seal image in the other websites, a small window pops up to show the animation page and allow visitors to click on the ball as in the original server. The whole process works like if you click an SSL web seal to verify a website.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
