convert psd file to vbulletin theme

Hi,

I have set of PSD files for vbulletin theme, I need to get it converted to a theme for vbulletin which I can just use it in my forum.

Looking for someone who can finish it off in couple of days.

Details will be provided by PM...

I expect no more than 40$.

Also this is an urgent project and I will let this open for 3 days only...
