Hi there.
Looks to me that your existing template always come / be printed after the <head> of [login to view URL] homepage, so it wouldn't be possible to inject the Google-Translate's <meta> code there.
Perhaps this can be achieved with a bit of javascript. I would propose to create a page clone of your homepage, to test a new template.
FYI, I honestly know only how to code PHP and not ASPX (your backend / server language). But since we're about to code a template, I guess we can ignore these two.
