Admin Console

Site is a document archival/repository. I Need a php based Admin Console page. This page will allow a super user the ability to do the following:

Lock and unlock user accounts

Delete user account

Add a user account

reset/change user password

Page should also beable to report stats:

Number of users.

number of files liked to each user

totall number of documents

two Mysql tables, once bid approved and some hired I will provide tables and data. one is for the documents and linking to a user and the other is the user table
