Affilate page using JOMO PPC

I want 2 create a similar account like affiliates. i'll call it Busers. When a person is signed in and performs searches, his/her account accumuliates the money they yearned. When they log in, they can choose to manage their account. Here, they will be able to choose how much money will be sent to their favorite basketball team. So if i have yearned $2.00 i can choose 1.00 for lakers, $1 for pistons. When they do this, that team will accumuliate the money. I, the admin, should be able to see how much money is in each team, and which user it came from and on what day. Under admin, i should be able to set how much minimum the buser must have in their account, for them to give money to their favorite b-ball team. Under admin, i should be able to set the percentage of how much each advertisers linnks will generate in the busers account. If they don't sign in, and perform searches, its okay.
