I am looking for someone with experience in PHP/MySQL to build a chinese auction web site. Must be fluent in Chinese. I have already checked some PHP based auction softwares like PHPProBid and PHPAuction XL. I am looking for something similar. I just want a base program and I can do the design stuff myself.

Additional information. The site should be something like eBay.
