Create Concrete5.7.3 blog entry or custom page type entry programmatically

I need to create new blog entry (or a custom page type similar to blog entry page type) concrete5.7.3 programmatically. If you install the latest concrete5 CMS with the Full Site options you will also get a simple blog entry page type. Using this you can create new blog entries with Composer. I need to create a new blog entry programmatically. It should be created in this way that it will be also editable in Composer if I would want to update some of the contents. For that matter I will also create a custom page type (e.g. Plant): Page Name, Page URL, Description Page Location HTML (Block form control) Let me know if you have any questions.
