DHL International Shipping Quote Module for osCommerce/CRELoaded

We are looking for a DHL shipping quote module for osCommerce that quotes international shipments from the US. There is a domestic shipping module already out in the community, but the international API is different.
Our current site is running osCommerce MS2, but we are moving to CRE Loaded 6.2 so the new module must work with both. The module needs to present every option through the module configuration pane including option for adding residential surcharge and option to limit shipment types quoted.
The module should be completely original work such that we can release it back into the community as open source unless you happen to have a module written already in which case that needs to be mentioned in the bid and priced accordingly.
