A PHP script for race results, stats, and other

I want a script, hopefully that may work with WordPress (isn't a true requirement), that can be a database for race results, statistics, points standings, and other things as required. Basically I need a form to put in a drivers name, their division, and their finish position. I'd like it to automatically calculate the points onto a standings board for each division. Each driver can be placed in multiple divisions. I would like to put their finish position in once, and it automatically calculate points, average finishes, best finish, and possibly list, by someone on the website clicking on the driver name, to list every single finish for every single date. I'd like to keep a database together. I have results from a full season of racing in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 and would like to continue it. I'd like also the average finish for the SEASON, as well as CAREER average finish. I'd also like this script to automatically post the results from the night. I'm willing to pay anywhere from $30 to $100 for this script, but I would need it to work exactly how I'd want it to work. Basically I want to be able to enter a driver's name and add them, or select the drivers name, select the division, select their finish position, and it automatically posts the race results, the points for that night, their points total for the season, and then post those, and then calculate the points standings for each division that folks can read. I want to eliminate a lot of my work load and want to provide this information to our drivers as quickly as possible. This could lead to other opportunities as I do have an idea for another script, later on down the road.
