It should uncompress datafeeds downloaded (if they are compressed in zip, tar, or gzip formats). 3. It shouldl then perform custom tasks to datafeeds like replace (example: replace AFFILIATEID with your actual affiliate id), insert (example: Insert your own tracking link in the product detail column), split (example: split one column into more) or merge (example: merge more columns into one). 4. Finally it will import that downloaded and modified feed file into the system.
