Wanted coder to develop a system for web-based “live online video viewing” that can be watched by invited guests (like classroom instruction with guest students from other part of the world watching). Guest students are allowed to ask questions by tying questions under the video as they watch the video. Instructor will answer the questions by text that is appearing on the screen below or video/audio. Preference will be given to the coder that has developed a similar system and can provide sample system which is available for testing. Prefer programming language is perl.
