BEAUTY / GLAMOUR RETOUCHING NEEDED

I need 40 photos retouched for a client. You must be a good photo Retoucher, experienced Retouching Models. I am seeking to start the job right away, and if you do a good job, you can look forward to an ongoing business relationship between us. I have attached a sample of the quality I am seeking, and also a sample image for you to retouch, so that I may see if your skill set is adequate for this gig. My budget is very limited, so I am seeking a Retoucher that is good in quality of work, and who also has decent pricing.. For this model, she needs her skin smoothed, and any body rolls removed.. Some photos may also need a little sharpening.. I am seeking a Retoucher that can make it look very natural, not to over done and noticeable.. I will issue payment through this website's escrow payment system, 30% to start 70% upon completion of the retouched photos and my satisfaction.. I use to pay upfront, but I have recently been burned, and that is why I am on this site now seeking another Retoucher.. I do need to be able to view the quality of the retouching upon completion.. The freelancer that is chosen may feel free to watermark the photos as PROOF, or whatever watermark they prefer until full payment is made to them.. I will just need to view the retouches for the quality to ensure that they look natural.. After I review them, and if the retouches are satisfactory, then I will issue the 70% payment via escrow on this site.. I am looking to have the retouches back to the Client, no later than 12/30/09, but would prefer to have them to her sooner..
