Create a layred PSD file for Preschool Graduation Images

Hi, I am looking for someone whe can design a layered PSD template for use in photoshop for preschool graduation photos. Images will be individual shots of each child, to be displayed across and down one page - square from top and sides, in portrait orientation. There will need to be an area for the preschool logo at the top centre, for the names of each child (under each image) as well as the title "Wise Owl Graduation 2012" underneath the logo. I will provide the logo. I need to be able to easily drop and drag the images into the squares, click the area below and type the child's name. A second sheet will also be required, where i will have one large and two smaller copies of the individual child shot. This page will have no text - can be printed from edge to edge, and i just want to again be able to drag and drop the image in the spaces, again in portrait orientation. I am happy to answer any questions and provide images from other photographer sites so you can get the idea. I need this done asap. Thankyou!
