I'm looking for an image that I can't find in any stock photography sites. The image I'm looking for is as close as possible to the attached image (however I don't have rights to the attached image). It should be:
1. A white male, reasonably good looking
2. Looking slightly up
3. Looking to his right (as if he is looking at something on the page, NOT looking directly out)
4. Smiling
5. Wearing something similar to the photo or possibly wearing a blue business shirt
6. Hands by their sides similar to the photo
