Cartoonize/Caricature 2 People

I need 2 pictures of people to be made into caricatures with full color. I need one of the people to have 2 similar caricatures, the only difference is that one is mad and with her arms in the air yelling, and the other one is smiling and normal. For the other person I need cartoonized, I just need a normal caricature. I also need some simple text around the image that I will provide to the winning candidate.

I can only spend $20 on this project, please confirm that you will complete the project for that amount when you bid.
