Converting RBG to CMYK Print Ready North Amercia

I require someone to take an image/design of mine and get it print ready for North Amercia printing press. Colors need to stay bright (as I know converting does take away from colors) so this needs to be fixed. It is a 4x6 front and back card (with 1/8 bleeds) already designed. I have the psd file ready. After the work is accomplished and I do a print proof test (if it turns out correct) i'll pay the winner right away. Your job will be to convert the file and prepare it for print various formats including PDF/etc. Sending me back the edited corrected file as well. when submitting - send me a portfolio of your work experience and tell me about your years in print/etc.
