Bitmap images for MMO game

I am in need of having 3 bitmap images remade for a MMO gui. Two of the images should look like rolled out parchments as in the "capturemap" file but blank,no writing or pictures. The needed sizes are Width x height 256x256 depth 24 pixels and 512x512 depth 24 pixels. The third is the "action bar" at the bottom of the players [login to view URL] original size was width 1024,height 128,depth 24 pixels. The striaght red line shows where the top of the new bar should [login to view URL] red circle shows where the top of the bar is [login to view URL] bar should also look like the parchment but rolled out between two scrolls.
