Alter some Images - Photoshop TIF file - make background transparent

Hello - would like the background taken out on this image - however, having issues because when i send it via freelancer it seems to become smaller - i need the image to be at 50 INCHES wide and not have resolution loss (this will be printed about this big). I just need the background to be transparent as we will be moving this image onto different backgrounds, and the hair needs to look natural and not obvious that we have taken the image out of the original background Finished image should be 50 inches wide and in PSD format that we can add layers to later, JPEG and TIFF. Please do not bid if you are going to ask for tip over the price or more money on top of the bid amount - we have already spent too much on this project and are on a budget. Original image size is VERY big high resolution photograph that i can only provide screenshot here on this project description, original will be sent in project. Need turnaround in about 3 hours if possible. Thank you
