Convert/Recreate Powerpoint Images to Adobe Vector File Formats

Hi, I have a couple of pretty easy logos and images that I’ve made in PowerPoint. I need for a designer to recreate them in the right Adobe formats… i.e. all Adobe Formats (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), as well as PNG, GIF and JPG file formats with transparent background. All areas that are black or grey should only be black. The white parts should be transparent. • White crown. Inverse the colors and make background transparent. JOB #4: Danish Red Flag I need the high resolution Red Danish flag to be ‘dirtied up' a little like in lower resolution flag I’ve attached. I want my flag to look this way, but be a high resolution image/logo made into a vector file and converted to all Adobe formats, as well as PNG, GIF and JPG.
