i believe currently there's no way to convert them automatically, so everything would be done by hand. or by using smart objects (which you would still need AI to do the edits and then it would reflect back to the PSD) Más

I use both photoshop and illustrator everyday. I can do it right now, I just need an aproximation of the size (in pixels) of the final image in photoshop so I can export correctly the eps files.
